There is an old but true saying: Without a vision an organization will perish. Often an organization continues to do what it always has done without giving much thought to its future. This can be costly and even deadly for an organization. An ideal organization has a vision for its future, reaches that vision, and then develops yet another new vision. This is the life-blood of any effective non-profit.
